How It Works
- No Warm-Up Time: The machine only consumes power (an electrical impulse) when the arm is pressed down.
- Adjustable Timer: Most models feature an adjustable dial (usually 1 to 8 levels) . Thicker plastics require a higher setting and more heat; thinner plastics need a lower setting .
- Indicator Light: The LED light turns on while the heating wire is active and goes out when the seal is complete.Â
Step-by-Step Usage Guide
- Plug and Set: Plug the machine into a power source and set the timer dial based on the thickness of your bag .
- Position the Bag: Place the opening of your plastic bag flat on the sealing platform .
- Press Down: Lower the top handle until you hear the light indicator come on. Hold it firmly for a few seconds.
- Cool Down: Do not lift the handle immediately. Keep the handle pressed for 3 to 5 seconds after the light turns off to allow the seal to cool and solidify.
- Lift and Release: Lift the handle gently to remove your perfectly sealed bag
